The search for the Next Food Network Star hits Rachael's kitchen when the six remaining contestants team up to show off their skills! First up, Michael & Melissa:

Michael Proietti, executive chef at the Radisson Hotel in New Rochelle, N.Y., explains how he approaches cooking. "My culinary point of view is global a go-go," says the 28-year-old from City Island, NY. "From Bed-Stuy to Bangkok, honey, it's just everything!" Michael is paired with Melissa d'Arabian from Keller, TX, a full-time stay-at-home mom to four girls who feels that she would make the perfect Food Network star. She explains, "I'm the person who can sit down, have a cup of coffee with every single woman in America who is taking care of a baby or young kids, and give them the benefit of my experiences to make their lives in some way better."
