She's the first guest Rachael has ever had to wear ear plugs to introduce, but it's a good thing she does because the young girls in the audience go wild when out walks their idol, super teen sensation Miley Cyrus! With that kind of reception, Rachael wonders if Miley can ever go out in public incognito. Barring the usual paparazzi, Miley says that she can often get by undetected -- until she opens her mouth. "It's the voice," she admits. "People hear my voice and go, 'Wait a second ...' I can walk by, but when they hear my voice -- because it's so low and raspy -- then they know."

Miley's 2008 concert film was a huge success, and fans are eager to see her first feature-length film, Hannah Montana: The Movie, which continues the story of Miley Stewart and her alter-ego, Hannah Montana. "It's very much like the Clark Kent/Superman thing," Miley explains. "It's like Superman for girls, I think that's why girls can relate to it. Guys have always had these super heroes to look up to, like Spider-Man putting on the mask. And girls are like, 'Love the Spider-Man and Superman and all, but I don't want to put on a mask and fight people, I just want to look pretty!' For me, I would much rather be in heels than be a spider, so I think that's what girls want too -- they want the glamor."

Though Miley enjoys dressing up once in a while, she admits that she's a tomboy at heart and shares a love of a particular piece of clothing with Rachael. "As much as I can be in sweatpants, that's key for me," she says. "I love me some sweatpants, like Hanes sweatpants that are just falling off me. I love that because they're so comfortable and you can eat and eat and eat and you never feel it! It's perfect!" Her tomboy side is also something Miley says a guy would have to accept. "I'm a video game person," she tells Rachael. "I would rather hang out at the house and watch movies, play video games or play basketball outside than go be fancy somewhere else."

Speaking of guys, Rachael wants to know how she got along with Lucas Till, the cute actor who plays her crush in Hannah Montana. "Lucas and I hung out every day; we became like best friends," she says. "There's a swimming scene in the movie where we jump in this giant lake from this rope swing. And I don't think I would have done it for anyone else because it was freezing and I do not like being cold. I kept saying, 'I'm so scared, I'm so scared!' and finally he was like, 'I love you, c'mon, we're like best friends! Get in the water, this is going to be so much fun!'"

In addition to her popular TV show, music CDs and hit movies, Miley is now an author, with her book Miles to Go setting the record straight on some of the tabloid rumors. She says she also uses Twitter to instantly let her fans know what is fact and what is fiction. "It's my new favorite thing because it's like my own rumor patrol," Miley says. "It's like, I'm out here living my dream, and I'm doing something that very few people get to do, so why someone would want to take that away from me when I've worked so hard for it I really don't understand. I don't really understand the negative vibes."

Miley continues, "I never want to claim to be perfect, because one, it would be a lie, and two, I can't keep up with that. I can't put that kind of pressure on -- no one can put that pressure on themselves." Being honest about herself is something that Miley's fans appreciate about her, as she learned at several book signings. "More kids came up to me who had skin problems and were like, 'You have no idea how much that means to me, that you wrote about that.'" Miley adds that the picture perfect image of her that everyone sees on magazines doesn't happen naturally. "Most likely, I did not look like that on the day. They have amazing machines called computers," she says with a smile, "and they just go ahead and fix everything. So it's not real, nor do I look like that. If I could look like that all the time I'd be one happy girl, but no one does."

Miley is proud of a new skill she's learned when it comes to her look -- coloring her own hair. "I'm going to save so much money, you have no idea!" she tells Rachael. "If it's going to be $800 [to get your hair professionally colored], or $8 at the Rite Aid that's like right down by my house that I can ride my bike to ... good idea!"

Rachael lets the audience ask a few questions, and first up is Livia who wants to know when the last time Miley got in trouble. "My older sister Brandi and I kind of team up on our little sister Noah. My mom gets really made when we pick on her, because my sister is 22, I'm 16 and Noah's 9. She's like, 'That's a little unfair.' But she's so annoying that it adds up to being our age because she's so smart!"

Another audience member asks if Miley's parents have any rules for dating. "I have a curfew," Miley answers, "and I said I wasn't traditional, but it is respectful for the guy to talk to your parents. If your parents and the guy don't have a good relationship, then it's never going to work." Her current beau is off to a good start since Miley's dad is the one who made the introduction, but Miley admits that she wasn't head over heels right away. "Honestly, I didn't like him at first," Miley says about 20-year-old Justin Gaston, an underwear model and singer. "I was like, 'Great, another song writer. This should be fun.' But honestly, he's like the coolest guy, so it’s good. And I've never been closer to the Lord since I met him, because he's actually taught me to read the stories in the Bible -- not just quick little verses that will help me, but things that will help other people, so it's just empowered me."

With that, Rachael and Miley are joined by her matchmaking dad Billy Ray to talk about the special person in his life, his wife Tish. "She's a great lady, she's got a great heart," he says. Billy Ray tells Rachael what attracted the couple to each other. "I think it really started with the fact that we shared a lot of things -- the love, the passion, the music, sunsets, starry nights -- she was like a ray of hope."

Miley rolls her eyes at her dad and interjects, "I'm going to throw up!"

Rachael asks Miley if she's a picky eater. "I'll eat pretty much everything, but I'll pick it apart," she explains. "Like I'll eat a burger first and then I'll eat the bun afterward, I don't know why. And I'm obsessed with ketchup, and ever since I was little I've been an Ovaltine addict."
