Iron Chef America star Michael Symon has four restaurants in Cleveland and Detroit, served as a judge in The Daily News 5-Alarm Cookoff, and has just released his first book, Live to Cook. "It's recipes from my childhood up till now," Michael explains. "So things I cooked with my grandparents, my mom and dad, my beautiful wife Liz, my stepson Kyle ... things we do at [his restaurant] Lola, things we do on Iron Chef - and it's story from beginning to end, and tips to kind of get your there."
