When it comes to shopping for lingerie, a lot of men can't tell a bra from a bustier or how to pick out something sexy instead of sleazy when they head to the mall. "It's incredibly intimidating to be the only guy there and all the other women staring at you wondering, 'Who's this creep and what is he here for?'," admits Clay, a married man who wants to help his wife get out of her "mommy rut" with a gift from Victoria's Secret.

So Rach's buddy Colby steps in as his wingman and Gretta offers these tips:

Don't be afraid to ask for help. The women who work at lingerie shops are trained to work with both women as well as men who are shopping for their ladies.

Do your research. "Anything with a cup, anything fitted, is going to be exactly like her bra size," Gretta explains, "so find out her bra and panty size before you go shopping."

When in doubt ... If you're buying a teddy, camisole or something that looks like a dress but you don't know her specific dress size, choose a piece that comes in small, medium or large. Gretta suggests going down a size from your best guess, and picking something with a little stretch.

Then, Gretta shares her cardinal rule of lingerie shopping. "There's a big line for women between sleazy and sexy," she says. "And the way to get some idea is to take a look at what your woman is wearing. If she likes a lot of coverage and is comfortable in cammies or shorts bottoms, then do something like that in lace and do it sexy. Start within a comfort zone."

Colby adds that communication is also key. "We need to know what you guys like," he points out, "what you think is sexy vs. sleazy. I've found that a lot of the men will air on the conservative side because they don't want to go too sexy or on the verge of sleazy. And then you talk to the wives and they're willing to try something a little more sexy!"

The end result? Clay picks out a seductive number for his wife, and Rachael gives them a $1,000 gift card to Victoria's Secret so they can keep on shopping!
