This race car driver and Dancing with the Stars champ is cooking Brazilian Chicken Cutlets with Raw Tropical Sauce with Rachael! Helio Castroneves says he has good reason to love chicken; when he started racing cars as a teen he heard other winning drivers say they swore off red meat. He decided to eat like them and the rest is history. "I don't know if that was the secret," Helio jokes, "but it worked."
