I will be turing 40 this year YIKES! I want to finally finish what I have started and never accually completed. I try to exercise several times a week (currently run 3 miles every other day and do a dvd 30 min 2-3 times a wk. I eat pretty good maybe more than I should. I am a vegetarian. I don't drink soda, I swap white sugar for agave syrup every chance I get, I switched brown rice,wheat bread,and wheat pasta for whites. I'm not a big person 113 pds 5' and a half I would like to lose 5-7 pds but most of all TONE UP. I can't seem to tighen things up. I feel like I am wasting all these years and never getting were I want to be please please help me. what can I do to tighten up before the summer.
