Okay, Rachael, you really got me on this one. My husband and I love good pot pies but know that they're pretty fattening. Using the puff pastry was great! The body of the pot pie was really tasty and so easy to put together. Since I make up lots of recipes myself, this one got the juices flowing and I've thought up a few ways to change this up and still have a low fat, delicious meal. Thank you Rachael for great recipes!!
