I am planning a buffet for 65 people, many children, on a TIGHT budget. Any ideas for items I can make that can travel to the hall and not get yucky? So far I was thinking of lasagna, meatballs and rolls, hot dogs, lunch meat tray, a tray of something Asian that I'll purchase (ushi or spring rolls or lo mein), a big box of soft pretzels and a dessert table. Also, at a family party during the day, how do I know how much alcohol to purchase? THANKS
