Turky Meat Loaf Meal Yum-O

I made this meal for my roomate and we loved it. We forgot the marmilade but was great none the less. Also forgot to toast the bread but will do the next time. Love love Love it. I rate this meal the top 5 in my dishes and can't wait to make other meals. Thanks Rach for the show and the meal ideas you show on your show.

I love turkey meatloaf but haven't tried this recipe but sounds like I really should! I make mine with stove top mix (dry), bqque sauce and turkey bacon top....with my favorite seasonings....geesh, now I have a craving for this.

There are two Turkey Meat Loaf recipes from Rachael - we like the "stuffed" one. But both are great. Just ask for Turkey & stuffing meatloaf on Rachael's site, the other is Turkey Meatloaf with Asiago Gravy (warning, it makes A LOT of gravy, but good).
