Finely chopped egg salad

I learned this trick from my sister-in-law, who believe it or not, does very little cooking! When she makes egg salad she used a pastry cutter to finely chop the eggs. The wide cutting blades make it easier to crumble the eggs than if you were to chase them around the bowl with a fork.

I also use my pastry blender on the egg yolks when making deviled eggs...it gets them to the perfect "fine crumb" mash in no time!
