How can I cover up having no breasts. I have pain from lymphedema and it's difficult for me to wear my prosthesis so most of the time I go without it. I'm a plus sized woman and without breasts my midriff bulges along with my stomach because there is no balance from breasts. Help!

I understand your problem. My mom had breast cancer and was uncomfortable in her prosthesis as well. But you’re in luck because this season you’ll see a lot of button-down, V-neck shirts with ruffles, which are perfect for you because you could wear a tank underneath and the ruffles serve as a camouflage. Also, blazers are huge right now, and that’s a look you may want to embrace because it will cover up your midriff (you can wear a sleeveless button-down shirt under a blazer if you’re worried about being hot).

In general, you should avoid wearing clothes that go all the way up to the neck. If you show a little skin and wear a necklace, then someone’s eye is drawn toward that. There are also some foam cup bras that are really lightweight and have a nice form, if you choose to wear one.
