rachel on wednesdays show 7/22/09 Strange acting?

Did Rachel seem really goofy that day? I love her but she seemed so out there,especially with the doctor.Also, I think her hair looks much better short. In Wednesday's episode she didn't even look good like she usually does,something was not right.Maybe she wasn't feeling well and was on meds?
