Is it just me? These seem way too sweet. I think I would prefer them made with hot Thai chili-garlic sauce for at least part of it rather than just the sweet chili sauce called for in the recipe. Maybe we just have galvanised tongues, but I think real Thai cooking tends to have a kick to it!
