I am a Registered Professional Nurse, first of all the "sexy nurse" waitresses are an insult to the profession of Nursing.
Trust me we do not look like that when we are doing CPR on patients that are having heart attacks do to poor dietary choices, and disease related to obesity! Oh, and the families are not smiling when we go to give them the bad news.....

this restaurant is a joke, they are just feeding into the culture of the obesity! give them a break will ya!!

I enjoy a good joke like anyone else butI am sorry but this is in bad taste. I suffered an MI at 41 years old and had a 50% chance of survival. I now have seven stents and have to take 11 medications a day. This is a serious ordeal that should not be made light of. And the cardiac nurses, cath team and cardiologist deserve much respect they are so skilled and professional in the time of crisis. This is not something that should be taken lightly. I am appalled

everyone has a right to eat what they want but in moderation. I just dont why anyone who weigh that much would want to eat a hamberger called that any way. Just get a regular berger and be satisfied.

They should be ashamed of themselves! In this day in age. Where everybody trying to be hearthealthy even obese people. Overweight people usually have underlying problems that makes them overeat. Maybe they should pay for their counciling instead!!!!!!!!!!

Very very bad taste this is not a joke I don't understand them at all and hopefully the patrons will put them out of business or force them to stop this nonsense. I know this is marketing but they have gone way too far!!!

As like Charlie409, I am a registered nurse. I saw the blip on one of Food Network's shows about this place and was quite shocked that this restaurant offered such a thing to its customers. Indulging in this behavior, no matter what the profit margins might show, could only lead to continued poor self-esteem, more depression and for those who still don't get it.....DEATH! to these customers. Why would anyone want to encourage this?? It's not funny, it's a disgrace & a fine example of what lengths people will go to to make that all mighty dollar with no thought as to what the customer's consequences might be. Personally, I think this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen for encouraging this ridiculously obvious unhealthy environment to consumers that obviously are already making unhealthy decisions in their lives and may end up dead because of it. Please envision this......fold your hand into a fist - that is the size of your heart. The average heart beats 60-88 beats per minute dependent upon each individual's heart rate. Now, think of how hard the heart would have to work on a 350 lb. body to pump blood throughout the entire body. These individuals may already have heart conditions, be diabetic or even worse health conditions. It is staggering to the mind why anyone would find pleasure in promoting this behavior in an already vulnerable individual. What has happened to our looking after each other as human beings??? I'm confused at this restaurant concept and feel they should be shut down! Thank you for letting me have a voice on this subject.

I think this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. We are already the #1 nation with high obsesity rates and unhealthy living. Why do we need to encourage this? Not only is the restaurant catering to poor eating habits, but they are also dealing with people's self-esteem and self-worth. This is just pathetic!!

I agree with you this is not good at all and not very funny either!
You should test me on that theory!!! Everybody loves to eat at my house!!!! Not one complaint ever!

I am having enough problems with my weight that having free food at a greasy spoon that promotes this kind of think is suicide assistance. This joint is not funny and should be illegal. Send this restaurant to our enemies.

I agree it is silly to offer free food to people who are Overweight, but come on. When did we become a pitiful nation of whiners who say its not your fault you're fat?? There are people with medical issues, but let's be honest here, most heavy people...including myself, know it is my fault and If I am ignorant enough to go into a place like that and sit down and eat food I KNOW isn't good for me, then it is my own fault that I stay heavy. Not the restaurants. Common sense people...learn how to use it and stop blaming others for your problems!

Come on --- get a sense of humor! I think it is great that this resturant dares to be absurd, more power to them! If you don't like the idea, then don't go. I am sooo sick of people being so serious all of the time. Lighten up and enjoy the incredible variety out there -- including silly resturant gimicks! Life is too short to be deadly serious about everything and to constantly be critical. Get off your high-horse and just live --- and let others live as they choose without all of your judgement! PLEASE!!!

So, you are blaming resturants for your eating habits? Shame on you! They are not the ones stuffing food into your mouth -- you are!! Take responsibility for your actions and own up to the fact that you (and only you) are to blame. Sure, we are all tempted by advertising and taste, but WE make the decision to participate in the temptation or not. Stop placing the responsibility on everyone but yourself for the condition your body -- and life, is in. You make the choices and then have to live with them! I know, I used to weight 265 lbs. and only by finally acknowledging that I was not a victim to the "horrible food industry" and that my choices were to blame, did I lose the weight, start a moderate exercise program, and begin to value myself. I now weigh 100 lbs. at 5'6" and look great as well as being in great shape with fab muscle tone. I have been at this weight for 10 years now. It is easy to cry and moan and blame others, but when you do, nothing changes for the good. You make choices every day -- make the ones that will give you a life worth living!

Although, I agree that this kind of eating is not healthy BUT this is America and WE do have the freedom of speech. I agree with others, if you don't like it, don't go and if you can't control going there / eating there then there was probably some other place that caused the same issue before this one came around. Honestly, at least this place is open and honest about it. There are so many other restaurants that you think you are eating well until you see their menu's nutritional information. There will always be someone who is taking the blame for our problems.
