From Boo 1224 Hey Rach.. My 5 year old daughter, Annalise and I found an outstanding hummus recipe and tried it with a few substitutions and she absolutely loved it!! She asks me every couple of days when we can hum some more in the kitchen!!

My kids loved the stuffed bread with articokes. We'll be making peanut butter hummus. They both like any kind of hummus but this has been fun for them and it has my kids realizing how some kids do not like different foods.

Ever since both of my children were old enough to eat real food, we tried something new each week. My daughter (almost 3) Tried Fried Calamari last week and loved it. My son (4) loves the Tilapia in a bag we tried recently. It's made with Sundried tomatoes, spinach, carrot sticks and salt free seasoning. Another food they tried recently was Hibachi chicken served with rice and onion soup, and a sesame ginger salad. Both of them loved it. And yes these two also love hamburgers and mac-n-cheese, needless to say they have a well rounded diet.

I'm new to the RR Club ~ Would love to try the Hibachi Chicken and the Tilapia in a bag on my 4 kids. However, I couldn't find them on either Rachel Ray Everyday or on the Rachel Ray Show websites. Would you mind sharing the exact name of the recipes and where I might find them?

My oldest son's favorite RR recipe so far is the Stuffed Stromboli bread. It is the one with the Italian sausage and the greens, topped with sliced mozzarella. We swapped the greens out for spinach and it was an instant favorite.

My daughter (6) has been a fan of Rachael's since birth, and my son (10mos). I made chicken enchilada's, with sour cream, fire-roasted green chilis, and cubed chicken breast as the filling; and Herdez medium fresh salsa blended as the sauce and mexican queso cheese blend. It was a smash hit. I now have a new after thanksgiving recipe, as well.

my son (3yr old) wont try anything new unless I tell him Rachael told me how to make it!!!!! He calls rachael his "girlfriend" and loves to see her cook.
